Prior to joining Chatham, Karla worked for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC as a senior closing coordinator, handling closings for various real estate transactions involving securitized loans. Prior to Berkadia, Karla was a closer with PNC Real Estate Finance, focusing on construction loans. Karla has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
