About Kim
Kim Amos is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.
Prior to joining Chatham, Kim assisted real estate clients working as an Escrow Officer and as a Client Closing Agent in the mortgage lending sector.
Kim graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. While in college, she attended Charles University, in Prague, Czech Republic, with a focus on European studies and global economics.
