Ben Marsden is Chatham’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Ben was a director in Chatham’s investment banking advisory business assisting commercial and institutional real estate clients with capital raising and restructuring as well as complex valuations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Haverford College, where he received high honors in economics.
