About Paul
Paul leads technology and data strategy across Chatham’s Asset Platform, advancing how clients leverage data and software to manage real estate and investment portfolios with greater clarity and efficiency.
With more than 15 years of experience in financial technology and product innovation, Paul brings deep expertise in building scalable platforms that bridge finance, software and data science. Before joining Chatham, he served as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Verumex, Inc. (VmX), the commercial real estate industry’s first comprehensive data platform, which Chatham acquired in 2024.
Earlier in his career, Paul founded Lockstep Labs in Bangkok, a software consultancy developing SaaS and mobile solutions for corporations, start-ups, and government agencies. Lockstep scaled to 30 FTEs and was acquired in 2018. He also held a technical lead role at 8 Rivers Capital and other early-stage ventures. Paul holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a member of the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program.
