About Rob
Rob Anderson leads Chatham’s Global Real Estate Accounting Advisory team, advising global real estate clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes.
Rob has consulted with and advised the national offices of each of the top 10 accounting firms, as well as the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) staff and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) staff. Rob has also served as product manager for Chatham’s hedge accounting product.
Prior to joining Chatham, Rob worked in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and advised clients regarding technical accounting topics including derivatives, consolidation, foreign currency, leasing, and business combinations. Rob is a CPA and member of the AICPA.
