Mike Noonan

Mike Noonan is a Managing Director on Chatham's Execution & Analysis team at Chatham Financial, leading the firm’s commercial AI strategy and driving the integration of advanced technology into Chatham’s capital markets advisory services. He partners with the product, technology, and advisory teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.

Mike brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, fintech, SaaS, and private equity. He has deep expertise in driving digital transformation, managing global P&Ls, and building scalable, client-focused platforms. Mike helps advance Chatham’s leadership in capital markets by developing a seamless ecosystem of technology and advisory services.

Prior to joining Chatham, Mike led fintech strategy and investments at J.P. Morgan, delivering large-scale technology initiatives across the Investment Bank. He previously served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Sentieo, an AI fintech acquired by AlphaSense. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Clarifai, Public Pension Capital, and Eos Partners.

Mike earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. from Duke University. He was also a Fulbright Scholar.
