About Kristen
Kristen leads product strategy and execution across Chatham’s global software platform. She drives innovation in how we deliver technology-enabled solutions, helping clients navigate financial risk with greater clarity and confidence.
With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Kristen brings a broad perspective shaped by leadership roles in media, healthcare, and fintech. Before joining Chatham, she held senior positions in finance, strategy, and operations at Condé Nast, Google, AOL, and Meetup. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Betterment at Work, where she scaled the employer-sponsored financial benefits business and advanced key policy initiatives in retirement planning.
Kristen holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Art History and Integrated Communications from Ithaca College.
