About Julie

Julie is a Director of ISDA and Regulatory Advisory for Chatham’s Corporates team, where she advises clients on compliance with global derivatives regulation and assists them in navigating complex and ever-evolving documentation required to trade, including Dodd-Frank and EMIR agreements as well as ISDA documentation.

Before joining Chatham’s Corporates team, Julie worked with our Real Estate team, serving clients such as private real estate companies, REITs and other funds. Prior to joining Chatham, she handled transactional real estate matters with a focus on property acquisition and sale, due diligence, title review, and document preparation.

Julie holds a J.D. from Emory University and her master’s of International Management and bachelor’s from the University of Denver.
