Courtney Mono is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, Courtney supported commercial real estate brokerage teams, specializing in industrialization capital markets, land, and leasing transactions.
Courtney graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in communications. She holds an active real estate license in Colorado and California, in addition to being a licensed public notary for the state of Colorado.
