Julie Smith

Julie is a Director of ISDA and Regulatory Advisory on Chatham’s Corporates Regulatory Advisory team, advising clients on the impacts of global derivatives regulation. She also assists clients to navigate complex and documentation required to trade, including Dodd-Frank, EMIR agreements, and ISDA documentation.

Before joining Chatham’s Corporates team, Julie worked with our Real Estate team, serving clients such as private real estate companies, REITs, and other funds. Prior to joining Chatham, she handled transactional real estate matters with a focus on property acquisition and sale, due diligence, title review, and document preparation.

Julie holds a J.D. degree from Emory University, her master’s degree of international management, and bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver.
