Joe is Managing Director of Client Technology Solutions. He is chiefly responsible for the vision and strategy of ChathamDirect, a best-in-class treasury SaaS platform for FX, IR, and Commodities risk management and hedge accounting. Joe joined Chatham in 2003 and regularly advises corporations from Fortune 50 to fast growing MNCs in the design and implementation of hedging programs and is a member of the company’s Operating Committee. Prior to his current role Joe worked with the Coalition for Derivatives End-Users representing corporate treasurers in regulatory matters. He interacted regularly with the CFTC, SEC, the Department of Treasury, the U.S. Congress and EU governing bodies to provide end-user perspectives. He authored key policy analyses and comment letters on the exemption of FX forwards, reporting, and real-time reporting, capital, and margin rules. His work has appeared in and cited by the Financial Times, Corporate Finance Review, Treasury & Risk, International Treasurer. From 2007-2010, Joe advised private equity clients in Europe where he was managing Chatham’s Central European office in Krakow, Poland. Prior to joining Chatham, Joe worked at Goldman Sachs and Accenture. Joe received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the Cooper Union.
