Major additions and enhancements to ChathamDirect include:

  • AI-powered interest rate swap loader: Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning, ChathamDirect's new Interest Rate Swap Loader reads confirms and automatically extracts key descriptive and economic terms, drastically reducing the amount of time required to load confirms, while also minimizing errors common when entering trade details manually.

Users can quickly see their trading portfolio broken down by counterparty or index to better understand hedging coverage, and see how market movements are impacting portfolio valuations.

“Our mission at Chatham is providing our clients with expert guidance and insight, which depends on us investing in the technology that underpins our ChathamDirect platform,” said Amol Dhargalkar, Managing Partner, Chairman, and Global Head of Corporates, Chatham Financial. “The treasurers and CFOs we work with have to be able to nimbly adjust to changes in economic conditions. We took their feedback seriously, and these enhancements represent a proactive and forward-looking approach to where we believe the industry is heading — increased use of AI and machine learning to enable more automation, broader connectivity to remain adaptable in the future, and data-driven insight to make more informed capital markets decisions.”
