The Benefits and Compensation Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation, communication, and administration of our competitive compensation and benefit programs. This role will support the annual compensation cycle, compensation projects and may lead projects independently, as assigned. We seek to enhance the regulatory team supporting our Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure businesses with a role specializing in in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating the derivative agreements that govern the relationships between our clients and their dealer bank counterparties.  These documents may include the Master Agreements developed by the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA), ISDA Definitions, ISDA Credit Support Annexes, trade confirmations, clearing agreements, futures agreements, foreign exchange agreements, regulatory documents, and other related documentation.

As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will be empowered to organize, engage and lead a team of data and technology professionals with a shared vision, roadmap and accountability around the data lake, engineering, data architecture, standardization, governance, enablement, science, and ultimately productization. You will be a technically-capable executive with an ability to lead functions such as data engineering and data science. You will need to be able to engage credibly with the broader Technology function at Chatham.

Chatham’s Hedge Accounting Practice is a thought leader in our industry. Our team members advise clients on the design and implementation of hedge accounting strategies on high-profile hedging transactions.

This person will create dynamic financial models and perform scenario analysis; conduct primary due diligence and industry research on potential transactions; among other duties.

As the Team Lead, Data Engineering, you will be leading Chatham’s data platform evolution. You will create strategies and lead the creation of Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms along with the ETL processes that feed these new systems. You will lead implementation and oversee a team that will enable Chatham to create new insights for our customers as their data volumes continue to grow. This role will partner with our engineering leads and solutions architects to enable the creation of new analytical processing and customer dashboard and will partner with our Head of Data Governance to ensure that our solutions always consider the sanctity of customer data.
