This strategic acquisition marks continued growth and expansion for Chatham, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in raising capital for our corporate and financial sponsor clients.

The addition of the premier talent from EA Markets brings significant experience and expertise to Chatham. As an independent firm, EA provides some of the largest and most sophisticated global companies with a wide range of capital markets services including loan arrangement and syndication, direct placement and structured finance, equity and liability management, underwriting and securities execution, and strategic corporate finance advisory. Based on a track record of exceptional client service and a comprehensive perspective on the capital markets, the integrated team will be positioned to support Chatham’s clients in achieving and exceeding their business and financial objectives.
