About Brad
Brad Polan is a Managing Director on Chatham Financial’s Investment Banking team, where he leads coverage of financial sponsors and specialty finance firms. He advises clients on capital markets strategy and execution across both public and private markets, with expertise in fund finance, portfolio company financings, and structured solutions for specialty finance platforms.
Prior to Chatham, Brad was a Managing Director at Hum Capital, a fintech platform focused on the private credit market. He previously served as a Director at EA Markets, advising corporate and sponsor-backed clients on a range of capital raising and capital markets transactions. Brad began his career at Goldman Sachs.
He holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
