About Taylor
Taylor Liska is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Investment Banking practicing, assisting institutional real estate owners and developers with their capital strategy, structuring, and execution.
Taylor has advised on more than $5 billion across capital raising, restructuring, and investment sales assignments. He has experience raising capital in a wide variety of markets and has provided strategic analysis on assets ranging from trophy office buildings to large, diverse portfolios.
Prior to joining the Investment Banking team, Taylor led Chatham’s Defeasance practice, where he advised on over $12 billion in principal. Taylor received his bachelor’s in business administration from Villanova University, with high honors in finance and economics.
