Matthew Rauh is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Investment Banking team, where he advises institutional real estate investors on sophisticated capital markets strategies. During his time at Chatham, Matt has raised over $7 billion of debt and has experience across a range of property types and financing structures, including permanent financing, construction financing, mezzanine and preferred equity financing, credit tenant lease financing, and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing.
Matt graduated with honors from Creighton University where he studied finance, international business and Spanish. He is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’s executive program.
