About Matthew
Matthew Rauh is a member of Chatham’s Investment Banking practice, advising a range of institutional real estate clients on capital strategy, structuring, execution, and complex valuations. During his time at Chatham, Matt has raised over $15 billion of debt and has experience across a range of property types and financing structures, including permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing, credit tenant lease financing, and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing.
Matt earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed his undergrad at Creighton University.
