About Patrick
Patrick O’Donnell is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Investment Banking practice, advising a range of institutional real estate clients on capital strategy, structuring, execution, and complex valuations. Pat has advised on more than $5.8 billion of capital raising and restructuring assignments, including mortgage debt, mezzanine debt, lines of credit, construction financing, leasehold and leased fee financing, and rated private placements.
Prior to his current role, Pat led Chatham’s real estate technology products and services, working closely with Chatham's market-leading CRE clients to address industry problems that require technology and advisory expertise.
Prior to joining Chatham, Pat was Chief Financial Officer for a hedge fund. He has a bachelor's degree from Harvard and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
