Patrick O’Donnell is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team and leads its real estate technology products and services. He works closely with Chatham's market-leading CRE clients to address industry problems that require technology and advisory expertise.
Previously at Chatham, Pat assisted institutional real estate owners and developers with their capital strategy, structuring, and execution. He has advised on more than $5.8 billion of capital raising and restructuring assignments, including mortgage debt, mezzanine debt, lines of credit, construction financing, leasehold and leased fee financing, and rated private placements. Prior to joining Chatham, Pat was Chief Financial Officer for a hedge fund with over $600 million in assets under management. Pat has an A.B. from Harvard and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
