About Matt
Matt Burgess is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
During his time at Chatham, Matt has guided his clients to implement and execute hedging strategies on thousands of deals, spanning all real estate verticals across major and emerging market currencies. Prior to joining Chatham, he worked at Clayton Holdings as a senior credit analyst for residential mortgage backed securities.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Northern Colorado and holds an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
