Kris Groh is on Chatham’s Real Estate Defeasance and Prepayment team, focusing on processing defeasance transactions and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of hedging operations.
Prior to joining Chatham, Kris was a financial analyst for CBRE’s Global Occupier Transaction & Advisory service lines.
Kris earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations with a minor in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
