About Kris
Kris Groh is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team and a defeasance consultant. Kris advises commercial real estate investors, their investment bankers, mortgage brokers, and legal counsel on the defeasance and prepayment of fixed-rate debt as part of the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of disposition and refinancing projects. Prior to joining Chatham, Kris was a financial analyst for CBRE’s Global Occupier - Transaction & Advisory service lines.
Kris earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations with a minor in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of business administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
