About Jared
Jared Ogden is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Previously at Chatham, Jared worked on the defeasance and prepayments team. He assisted commercial real estate investors as part of strategic planning and execution of debt disposition and refinancing projects, advising on over $3 billion in loan notional.
Jared received his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College in finance.
