About Terry
Terry is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, he worked at Federated Hermes, where he marketed money market and short-duration solutions to institutional end-users. He graduated from Allegheny College, cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.
