Garret Lee is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Prior to serving our real estate clients, Garret worked on Chatham’s Corporate Treasury Advisory team for four years, specializing in foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
Garret joined Chatham in 2015 after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in finance and mathematics.
