About Cathy
Cathy Dilmore is a Director on Chatham’s Private Equity Accounting Advisory team, advising clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes. Cathy primarily advises real estate clients with a focus on the application of U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting standards relating to the valuation of derivatives and accounting for hedging activities.
Prior to joining Chatham, Cathy was an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche where she had five years of experience serving financial services clients, primarily leasing and mortgage banking entities. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche, she was a senior financial analyst in the international finance and securitization teams at MBNA America. Cathy is a CPA and received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
