Jan-Frederick Krumhoff is on Chatham’s European Private Equity Accounting Advisory team, advising clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes to a variety of clients across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Chatham, Jan worked at Deloitte LLP within the assurance practice in London, providing specialist accounting advice for large and complex transactions.
Jan is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants CA (SA) and graduated from the University of Cape Town with an undergraduate degree and a post-graduate diploma in finance and accounting.
