About Suraj
Suraj Makan is on Chatham’s European Private Equity Accounting Advisory team, advising clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes to a variety of clients across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Chatham, Suraj worked in RSM’s and KPMG’s assurance practices in South Africa, USA, and the U.K., servicing both listed corporates and SME clients.
Suraj is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and graduated from the University of Cape Town, obtaining both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in accounting.
