About Andrew
Andrew Brown runs the Australian and New Zealand regions for Chatham and is based in Melbourne. He brings 20 years of experience helping clients manage derivatives risk and brings a practical problem-solving approach to every situation.
Prior to joining Chatham in 2013, Andrew led UBS’ Australian and provided strategic leadership to the Asian derivatives business. Previously Andrew ran RBS’ European-wide derivative solutions business, and earlier worked at Barclays Capital.
Andrew has worked on many of the most complex corporate transactions (from a derivative perspective) globally, ranging from securitizations for the British Broadcasting Corp, assisting clients during Lehman bankruptcy,
Andrew has dual bachelor’s degrees in physics and engineering from Monash University, an MBA with honors from Melbourne Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.
He is a keen skier as well as squash player which balance his enjoyment of French cuisine.
