Chatham Hires Sam Graziano as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Practice
Sam Graziano is charged with taking on a newly created role to lead strategic growth initiatives, working with Chatham Financial’s bank, credit union, insurance, and broker dealer clients.
KENNETT SQUARE, PA — September 14, 2023 — Chatham Financial, a global leader in financial risk management advisory and technology solutions, is pleased to announce Sam Graziano has joined the company as a Managing Director in the financial institutions practice. Sam will be charged with taking on a newly created role to lead strategic growth initiatives, working with Chatham Financial’s bank, credit union, insurance, and broker dealer clients.
Sam brings a two-decade track record of building, leading, and advising businesses in fintech and financial services. He comes to Chatham Financial most recently from Amount, an enterprise SaaS company that provides digital loan and account origination technology for banks, fintech, and finance companies, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to Amount, Sam served as Chief Executive Officer for Linear Financial Technologies, a leading SaaS and insights platform for SMB lending that was acquired by Amount in 2022.

Sam’s professional experience also includes Fundation, a loan processing fintech he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2011 until 2021. Prior to Fundation, Sam spent more than a decade in investment banking, where he developed expertise in strategic, financial and operational issues for banks, specialty finance companies, asset managers, broker dealers and other financial services institutions. This includes senior roles at Centerview Partners and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
