Taylor Rudin is an analyst on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Execution Team. She supports commercial real estate investors to tactfully engage with interest rates as they implement financing strategies and manage interest rate risk. Prior to joining Chatham, she interned in the international microfinance space and assisted with economic policy research across urban American contexts.
Taylor received her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in economics with a Spanish minor from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.
