About Ken
Ken Richer is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team, helping clients and industry partners achieve their objectives relating to interest rate risk management, prepayment mechanics, efficiently managing their debt portfolio, and understanding some of the complexities and current developments in the interest rate markets.
Prior to joining Chatham, Ken was an equity derivative trader with UBS and Wells Fargo, trading listed and OTC securities for both proprietary positions and to facilitate customer executions.
Ken earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Michigan and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University. He also holds a Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
