Tanner Nel is on Chatham's Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. He assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, Tanner held an internship at Granite Construction working with investor relations and risk management. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in economics and environmental Policy.
