Shymia Muhammad is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, Shymia graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University and received a bachelor’s degree in finance and management. At West Chester, she was in the Honors College, Business Honor Society, Management Honor Society, and the National Association of Black Accountants.
