About Sam
Sam Heriegel is a Product Manager for Chatham’s Real Estate team. Sam has more than 15 years of experience in building technology to help solve real estate investors' capital markets problems. Sam previously served as a Product Owner for Chatham’s debt management platform and as a defeasance consultant.
Prior to joining Chatham, Sam worked in the technology practice at Accenture as a consultant for clients in the commodities markets.
Sam received his bachelor’s degree in engineering science as a Schreyer Honors Scholar from the Pennsylvania State University.
