About Ryan
Ryan McLaughlin is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. His role includes providing analysis, structuring, and execution for customized risk management strategies.
Ryan graduated from Penn State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in economics. He was a part of the nation's first student-run paper leveraged loan and high yield bond portfolio and received his Real Estate Analysis and Development certificate.
