About Rob
Rob Hybiak is a Director a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Investment Banking practice, advising a range of institutional real estate clients on capital strategy, structuring, execution, and complex valuations. He started advising Chatham clients on hedge accounting matters in 2009.
Prior to joining Chatham, he spent time in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services group and in Deloitte’s audit practice. Rob is a CPA, has a Master of Accountancy, and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Denver.
