About Phil
Phil Weeber works on Chatham’s Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. Phil transacts OTC derivatives on behalf of some of the world’s largest real estate and private equity investors.
Over the course of his career, Phil has worked with clients spanning public and private real estate firms, corporations, and specialty finance funds. He has broad experience advising on risk management and trading strategies across rates, currencies and commodities. In addition to Chatham, Phil has advised on real estate financing solutions and managed real estate businesses.
Phil earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and his master’s degree in engineering from the University of North Carolina. After working for several years as an engineer, Phil then earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he was a Goizueta Scholar.
