Matthew Verdi is on Chatham's Real Estate Hedge Advisory REIT team, where he works with public and private REITs to help manage their interest rate and foreign currency risks. Prior to joining the Hedge Advisory team, Matt worked on Chatham's Defeasance and Prepayments team.
Matt graduated summa cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a finance degree.
