Paul Elsen is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team, providing timely and unbiased advice to help clients make optimal hedging decisions and execute on them, so those clients can focus on their passion, real estate. Focused on equity REITs, Paul loves finance and the nuances of the interest rate and currency derivatives markets. Prior to joining Chatham, Paul worked as a clerk at the Chicago Board of Trade — his first real exposure to derivatives — and later in sales at First Trust Portfolios and Showalter Roofing.
