About Lauren
Lauren Ramsey is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Her focus is on excellence in transaction operations, and the related regulatory and derivative documentation. She brings a passion for controls and process improvement to her daily work serving our clients throughout the lifecycles of their funds and hedging transactions.
Lauren began her career at Chatham as a member of our Controls and Data Integrity team, delivering as both a product owner and analyst.
Prior to joining Chatham, Lauren worked with syndicated loans at JPMorgan, managing various back office processes related to secondary loan trading which supported one of their European desks.
