About Kuniko
Kuniko Kurosaki is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team, leading Chatham's advisory business in Japan. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. She has over nine years of experience advising clients in Asia in strategy and implementation of FX and interest rate hedging programs.
Kuniko was previously a senior consultant in our Singapore and Australia offices, advising global firms in the real estate, private equity, and infrastructure sectors in managing their foreign currency and interest rate risks. Kuniko is a native Japanese speaker and currently based in Sydney.
Prior to Chatham, Kuniko worked at Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company in Japan, mainly in the corporate lending area. Kuniko received her M.B.A. from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree in economics from Keio University.
