Karolina Brzozka is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, she worked in Neal Gerber & Eisenberg’s real estate tax group.
Karolina received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University and master’s degree in international relations from DePaul University. She also holds a Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
