Juan Beltran is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
He previously worked in the fixed income and money market sector as a trade operations analyst. Juan graduated from ESSEC Business School with a master’s degree in finance and from Universidad San Francisco de Quito with two bachelor’s degrees, one in finance and one in marketing.
