About John
John Clemow is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to Chatham, John worked at Lighter Capital, a lending platform for tech startups and managed several early-stage startups, including a nonprofit focused on digital education.
John received a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. He also earned a Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
