Chatham Hires Jennifer McLellan as a Managing Director in Global ISDA and Regulatory Practice
Jennifer McLellan is joining Chatham Financial as a Managing Director in the global OTC derivative instruments, ISDA and regulatory practice.
About Jennifer
Jennifer McLellan is a Managing Director focussing on OTC derivative, ISDA and regulatory matters for buy-side end users — PE sponsors and portfolio companies, listed and private corporates, fund boards and managers.
She brings hands-on knowledge in navigating cross-border M&A, including some of the largest European leveraged buyouts and all stages of the deal lifecycle — structuring, diligence, deal contingent forwards and competitive multibank interest rate / FX hedging processes. She advises funds on hedging, return generation and best practice.
Prior to joining Chatham, Jennifer set up the derivatives practice for corporate law boutique Dickson Minto, where she was the Head of Derivatives, and received her law degrees from the Universities of Edinburgh and Paris XI.
