About Jacob
Jacob Zook is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. His role includes providing analysis and structuring customized risk management strategies.
Prior to joining Chatham, Jacob worked for the corporate investment bank at JPMorgan where he worked to streamline and remediate equities trading for the broker dealer. Prior to JP, he worked at Wilmington Trust advising and structuring trusts for their clients.
Jacob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Liberty University.
