About Greg
Greg Goudy is a member of Chatham’s Defeasance team in the Global Real Estate group. Greg’s focus on the team is helping to manage the successor borrower process of a defeasance transaction. This includes establishing new successor borrower entities, ensuring documents are current, and working with both loan servicer and loan servicer counsel to ensure it meets all successor borrower requirements.
Prior to joining Chatham, Greg was an Assistant Vice President and led a collateral management team for fixed income financing, specializing in repo transactions for Barclays Capital. He has over 10 years’ experience working in various middle office positions for both Bank of New York Mellon, and JP Morgan.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Goldey-Beacom College in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
