Dan Vagnier is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Previously at Chatham, he worked on the Defeasance team, assisting commercial real estate investors with defeasance and prepayment analysis and execution.
Dan is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
