About Daniel
Dan Vagnier is a member of Chatham’s Global Real Estate team. He advises real estate private equity funds on foreign exchange and interest rate risk management. Previously at Chatham, he worked on the defeasance team, assisting commercial real estate investors with defeasance and prepayment analysis and execution.
Dan is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
