About Daniel
Daniel Sweeney is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Dan manages a subset of Chatham’s hedging, execution, and technology team responsible for assisting real estate and private equity clients in the northeast.
Prior to Chatham, Dan worked at Vanguard assisting individuals in managing their 401k and 403b retirement plans. Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh, with a certificate in international business.
