Calla Miller is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Previously at Chatham, she worked on the defeasance and prepayment desk, helping commercial real estate investors with exit strategy and risk management. She began her time at the firm supporting clients on the debt management platform.
Prior to joining Chatham, Calla worked at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP as a paralegal. She graduated from Haverford College with a bachelor's degree in political science.
